What comes on the tacos?

Our tacos come on corn tortillas with your choice of chicken, carne asada, or chopped rib meat, topped with pickled red onions and cilantro. Red and green salsa are served on the side so you can choose your flavor.

CAN I CHOOSE DIFFERENT MEATS?

Yes. Choose from chicken, carne asada, or our signature chopped rib meat. Mix-and-match availability may depend on the order.

DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN SALSAS AND SAUCES?

Yes. Our red salsa, green salsa, and signature barbecue sauce are made in-house to give Fat Mac’s its own flavor.

Fat Mac’s brings together Mexican-influenced flavors and urban backyard barbecue. We focus on bold flavor, homemade sides and sauces, and food made with the same care we would put into a plate for our own family.

WHEN CAN I ORDER?

You can place your order anytime throughout the week! Orders are prepared and available for pickup during our weekend service hours: Friday from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday from 11:00 AM–10:00 PM. Ordering ahead is encouraged so we can have your food fresh and ready when you arrive.

DO I NEED TO ORDER AHEAD

Yes. Fat Mac’s Parrillada is currently PRE-ORDER ONLY. We do not offer walk-up ordering at this time. Orders can be placed anytime throughout the week and scheduled for pickup during our weekend service hours. Please place your order in advance so we can prepare your food fresh and have it ready at your scheduled pickup time.
